Method:

Mix 1 packet of Golden gravy premix with 200ml milk & keep aside. 

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add 50 grams tomato puree and instant mix paste and cook for 5 min. 

To this add 300 gms diced paneer & 1 tbsp butter. 

Garnish with fresh cream and coriander leaves.

PreMix to Use: Red Gravy Premix

Method:

• Mix 1 packet of Red Gravy Premix (80 gms) with 200 ml milk & keep aside. 
• Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Saute the veggies like carrot peas beans cauliflower, cover with lid and cook till veggies turn soft and crunchy. 
• Set them aside in the same pan add 1 tbsp oil and add 50 grams tomato puree & instant mix paste & cook for 5-6 mins add 100 grams paneer. 
• Garnish with cream & coriander leaves.

Method:

Mix 1 packet (80 gms) of green gravy premix with 100 ml milk & keep aside. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, saute 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes, some onions and palak puree for 5 minutes. Add instant gravy & add 300 gms diced paneer, 2 green chilies and serve hot. Garnish with grated paneer & fresh cream.

Using green gravy premix you can make below Subzis:

Method:

• Fry the vegetables like peas, carrot, beans, cauliflower, tomatoes in oil. Let it cook for some time with closed lid. 
• Mix White pre-mix gravy powder in 200 ml milk. 
• Remove veggies, put the pre-mix gravy and cook for some time, add crumbled paneer. 
• Garnish with fresh cream.

Method:

• Partly cooked rice (1 cup rice - 200 grams).
• Heat 1 tbsp of oil & saute vegetables {carrots, cauliflower, peas, potatoes, beans}, cover the veggies with lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Once cooked remove from kadai. 
• In the same kadai heat 1 tbsp oil, mix the instant biriyani premix (80 gms) in 100 grams curds and cook in the heated oil. 
• Mix the cooked rice and vegetables, 
• Garnish with coriander leaves and fried cashews and raisins.

• 1 cup tomatoes finely chopped, 1 small capsicum, 1 cup Aloo. 
• Mix 40 gms premix in 1 cup of water & keep aside. 
• Heat 1 tbsp butter/oil in a pan. 
• Add chopped tomatoes & capsicum, sauté for 2-3 mins. Then add 1 cup boiled Aloo & cook for 10 min. Alternatively, you can fry the raw Aloo & capsicum in oil & close the lid & steam for 10-12 min in the kadai with closed lid.
