How to Make Delicious Vegetable Biriyani using PreMix

Method:
  • Partly cooked rice (1 cup rice - 200 grams).
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil & saute vegetables {carrots, cauliflower, peas, potatoes, beans}, cover the veggies with lid and let it cook for 5-7 minutes. Once cooked remove from kadai. 
  • In the same kadai heat 1 tbsp oil, mix the instant biriyani premix (80 gms) in 100 grams curds and cook in the heated oil. 
  • Mix the cooked rice and vegetables, 
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and fried cashews and raisins.
