How to make Delicious Dum Aloo using PreMix

PreMix to Use: Brown Gravy PreMix

Method: 
  • 1 cup tomatoes finely chopped, 1 small capsicum, 1 cup Aloo. 
  • Mix 40 gms premix in 1 cup of water & keep aside. 
  • Heat 1 tbsp butter/oil in a pan. 
  • Add chopped tomatoes & capsicum, sauté for 2-3 mins. Then add 1 cup boiled Aloo & cook for 10 min. Alternatively, you can fry the raw Aloo & capsicum in oil & close the lid & steam for 10-12 min in the kadai with closed lid.
